SUBMIT YOUR SENIOR PROFILE
This form will be used for your senior profile on your team page. This will also be used on senior night to be read to the crowd on senior night.
Make sure you provide all the information that you want to be read, and displayed on the athletic website. You can provide a non athletic picture if you want that to be displayed on your senior profile.
